We’ve made changes to our online help desk provision to allow us to offer a much better service in the future. Our online help service is now provided by the Google Talk appliance.
I feel that the new help provision is much easier to use and is much smoother in operation. It fits in well with the wordpress based site that we know operate. The other benefit of moving over to the Google talk facility is that in the future we will be able to offer more than just written communication with our clients. Google Talk will also enable us to offer spoken and also video chat options. These will be rolled out at some stage in the future.
Until I have the full facilities rolled out you can still call us free of charge anywhere in the world through our skype account. Just call our user name of flightcabs on skype and you can talk personally with one of our operators.
I aim to make connecting up and communicating with our operators as easy as possible. No matter where you are if you need a taxi from Heathrow or Toronto Pearson then you can call us free of charge through the internet and speak directly to one of our customer service people.
