When you receive your taxi confirmation you will be given the mobile number of your driver. If you are going to be delayed on your way through the airport please let your driver know or contact FlightCabs directly.
In both the arrivals terminals your driver will meet you in the meeting area which is found just outside the baggage claim area. Look out for your river who will be carrying a name board with you name on it.
The driver will be at the meeting point 20 minutes after the flight has landed and will wait for up to 1 hour or until the flight has been declared clear (whichever is later) before they put out a call for you via the information desk. They will then check with lost baggage to see if you are held up there before leaving.
