First time customers needing taxis to and from the airports are required to pay a deposit of £40.00 before any booking is confirmed, once we get to know you we are happy to take bookings from you without the need of deposit.

Unaccompanied Children:
Monmouth Taxis are happy to take children over the age of 12 to the airport. Provided you give us email permission or a letter of authority we are more than happy to escort the child to check in and sign the airline indemnity form. As many airlines do not allow children under 12's to travel alone we are unable to provide taxi services for under 12's unless we are provided with written evidence that the airline has agreed to accept the child at check in. Drivers used by Monmouth Taxis are licensed taxi drivers meaning that they have undertaken a full enhanced police check.
