The fare also includes our driver acting as an authorised guardian for school age children who may need to be signed into the care of the airline. Please ensure if you want to use this service that you fax us or provide us with a written authorisation for this – an email or digitally signed letter is not sufficient for many airlines. We are happy to escort the children to the check-in desk but we can not wait until loading unless you are prepared to pay extra charges.
Taxi from Gatwick Airport.
The taxi fare quoted includes up to 1 hour wait and car parking at the airport. Our drivers will aim to be at the terminal about 20 minutes after the flight lands. The driver will display a name board with your name on it and wait at the rail for you. the same system is in place for both North Terminal and South Terminal at Gatwick Airport.
When you book you Gatwick Airport taxi you will be given the direct mobile number for your driver. If you are delayed after the flight has landed please contact the taxi driver. The driver will wait for 1 hour or until the flight has been declared clear. After this time they will contact information and have a call put out for you. They will then contact lost luggage, immigration and health centres before leaving.
